Lynn is awesome! He is remarkably knowledgeable about the Indianapolis-area real estate market and really easy to work with. He sold our home in under 18 hours from when it was listed. At the closing, he noticed an error in the closing documents and saved us several hundred dollars. He refused to back down when the mortgage company pushed back, and he walked everyone present at the closing through the process, so that the error was identifiable to everyone, including the mortgage company.
